1. Use of the App
ClearSpend helps users track expenses and budgets. You agree to use the app responsibly and legally.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for the accuracy of your data. We may suspend accounts that violate terms.
3. Premium Features
Some features may require a subscription. Payments are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled and can be managed in device settings. Refunds follow Apple/Google policies.
4. No Financial Advice
ClearSpend provides tools for tracking only. We do not provide financial, tax, or investment advice. Use at your own discretion.
5. Data
You own your data. We store it only to provide the service.
6. Termination
You can delete your account anytime. We may terminate access for misuse.
7. Liability
The app is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for financial losses, incorrect data, or interruptions.
8. Changes
We may update terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
